‘the art of dreaming' - A poetry photo-book
A depiction of our society, ‘the art of dreaming' explores themes of artist exposure, racial inequality & environmental contamination, following a character who sleeps and begins to ‘dream' about a society built with different norms and values to modern day.
This book allows you to dream as though you are the main character, in a world with more peace and justice. Use of poetry and photographs take you on a journey that brings light to ways in which we can create that for each other through interactions, no matter the circumstance in life.
'the art of dreaming' is a good read for younger audiences, providing an awareness about worldly topics in a passive manner, as well as mature, creative audiences as a relatable visual journey of emotions.
‘the art of dreaming' was nominated for an immersive exhibition at University of Arts London & exhibited at Leyton Sixth Form College.
